Premier Property Buyers Australia has been involved in property investing since
1997. In that time, we have dealt with own home and investment properties in three
States and Territories of Australia in addition to several holdings overseas.
Buyer’s Agents know how to accurately value a property and how to best tackle
negotiations with the selling agent to get the right price, your price. By understanding the local area and what property is worth and importantly, understanding the vendor’s motives, a buyer’s agent is well armed to approach negotiations. In addition to local knowledge and constant property inspections, a buyer’s agent maintains a network of selling agents which allows access to many properties that never even get to market.
When buying off-market, pre-market or post-market, it is possible to save a great deal of money. Selling agents know that when a Buyer’s agent has been engaged, they have a great chance of selling the property and are therefore more willing to negotiate.
Meet The Founder

Geoff Carter
Principal Buyer's Agent
Principal Buyers Agent, Geoff Carter, spent the first 30 years of his working life in the
Australian Regular Army, initially joining the Army Apprentices School, Melbourne at
age 15 as an apprentice vehicle mechanic. He then moved on to become an aircraft
engine fitter based in Queensland, where at 19 years old, he began to look at a
property purchase in Toowoomba, Queensland. However, at around $36k for a brick
and tile house in 1977 it was too expensive, so Geoff bought a motorbike instead.
Now he wishes he had bitten the bullet and bought 10 of those Toowoomba houses.
“You have to make the decision sooner or later, best to make it as soon as
possible…..…if not sooner”
Geoff went on to become a military linguist-translator/interpreter, graduating from the ADF School of Languages in Melbourne and the British Ministry of Defence Chinese Language School in Hong Kong as an ‘A’ Class Interpreter. Eventually, with six different languages under his belt, (Mandarin-國語, Indonesian-Bahasa Indonesia, Russian-Русский язык (self-taught) and three Southwest Pacific languages, Geoff left the Army to take up the CEO position in a $20m mining maintenance programme in Indonesia. At contract’s end, Geoff returned to Australia and into BAe Systems to once again put his linguistic skills to good use. After nine years, it was time to move out of the office so it was into the mining arena again, this time in Kalgoorlie for a period of 5 years; then a brief stint as a café owner/manager. “A big congratulations to all the café owner/managers out there. Wow, that was a hectic challenge”!
During all this time, Geoff had been gradually building a property portfolio that now spanned two countries and two states and one territory of Australia. After all that, retirement became an option. It turned out, however, that once the garden reaches the award-winning stage, there are not many places to go with that and you can only wash and polish the cars so many times in one day. Although those polished exhaust pipes do look great! Maybe an off-shore cruiser??
Deciding to put his acquired property knowledge to the fore, Geoff hit the books again and is now a fully qualified Property Buyers Agent, giving rise to Premier Property Buyers Australia. Geoff’s skill and experience in the property field is well worth having a look at if you are interested in early retirement to your award-winning gardens surrounding a stunningly renovated ‘Queenslander’, more than one luxury car to polish and maybe even an off-shore cruiser.
